We have been informed that someone is making phone calls to customers while falsely using our company name.

We want to make it very clear:

✅ We are a small, one-person company
✅ We do not hire or outsource any staff to make phone calls
✅ We do not make unsolicited calls to customers
✅ The only phone number we use is: 0423 380 752

If you receive a call from any other number claiming to be from us, please know that it is not legitimate.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability or resources to investigate or track down who is behind these calls. If you receive such a call, we recommend the following:

• Do not provide any personal or billing information

• If possible, record the phone call as evidence

• Report the incident to Scamwatch (run by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) via www.scamwatch.gov.au
